Friendly Travel

A long ride to a far  away place can be made better if you invite a friend to go along.

That's why I'm glad I invited Christopher to come with me to the Nappanee Apple Festival and to visit my grandparents' farm.

Take 'Em Along

Always go everywhere with a ziplock bag full of Legos.  You never know when you're going to be really bored and the Legos will save you from dying of boredom.

On the (Techie) Road Again

When you're traveling, you need to have lots of stuff with you to help you pass the time. Be sure to take a sketchbook for drawing, books to read, an iPod Touch, movies for your DVD player, and some headphones to jam with (especially if your parents are listening to NPR or Sirius Coffe House . . . lame!!).
